When I see a recipe with Crunchies in it then I am in and this will make you go weak at the knees. So easy to make and so easy to eat!
Ingredients:
- 4 Crunchie Bars
- 250 grams thickened cream
- 300 grams cream cheese cooking cream
- 200 grams lattice biscuits
Beat thickened cream until firm, now add cooking cream & beat until just thick again. You don’t want to over beat as the cream will start to separate.
Crush 4 crunchie bars and stir through cream mix. Line a square or rectangular baking dish with baking paper or cling wrap. Ensure the edges are overflowing so you can use this to lift out once set. Place biscuits in lined dish and pour cream mix on top. Freeze overnight until set. When set cut & serve immediately.
